This Agreement is between CJ Industries, 7223 Church St. Suite A-20 #331 Highland, California and you ("you" or "Customer") This Section sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to the use by you of the CJ Industries Sites (as defined below) and any other subscription product or service offered for sale by CJ Industries and/or its affiliates (collectively, " CJ Industries "). The right to use any product or service offered by CJ Industries is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity. CJ Industries reserves the right to make changes to the CJ Industries Sites, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time without notice.

CJ Industries is not responsible for the availability of these external sites nor does it endorse or is it responsible for the contents, advertising, products or other materials made available on or through such external sites. 4. Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled and you are obligated to the Terms and Conditions defined here. You will receive a Free Supply of Hoodia XS (+$6.99 shipping & handling). Collections Policy
In the event that you do not fulfill these terms and conditions for any reason and we have to go to collections to get money owed, we will impose a $25.00 service fee plus money owed. If you initiated a chargeback there will be a $25.00 service fee for each chargeback initiated plus money owed

Chargeback Abuse Policy
In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in a chargeback abuser database. The information reported will include name, email address, order date, order amount, IP address, full address, and phone number. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback + $100 for processing fees by Money Order.
